Long before, creatures were forced into shadow, hidden and cowering from the light of day. Now, amidst the glow of artificial light, they could flourish. Modern amenities, sunscreen, hats, and shade allow the brave to wander cautiously into the daylight. The Industrial Age gave way to such a boom, and of the years a fashion was born. Humans craved entertainment. For many years in the Americas they would risk safety and law just for a taste of indulgent fantasy.

Where luxury never seemed to sleep. Black tie urged, a dim light kept the mysteries shrouded in mystery.There is a darkness that lurks under the surface. The black market organ sales offered another way to dispose of their prey once they finished, and her coven was more than happy to oblige. Prey became an asset; the money never seemed to run out, but that meant little to her. All an elaborate game within the shadows with no end in sight.
Fledglings and bonds(Formerly) The Usurpers: ( deceased) members of a coven she built, who mutinied and were culled in the year 1960 after hundreds of years living together as a unit. A betrayal that would prevent her from making many fledglings or trusting other vampires after.
